Kindness Project: Compassion Fundraiser

Tessa runs a club at school called the Kindness Project, where students focus on spreading compassion and making a positive impact. For their fundraiser, the group wanted to go beyond their school community and support people in need. Tessa chose LiveDifferent because of how we help families through emergency relief and community development projects. This perfectly aligns with the club’s mission of kindness and support for those facing real challenges. Having participated in a LiveDifferent Build herself, Tessa was deeply impacted by the experience and inspired to continue helping others in any way she can.

The ERCDF fund, continually fueled by our volunteers' extra fundraising for the Builds program and generous donations, allows us to make a significant, lasting impact on local communities in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. Working closely with local leaders, officials, and organizations, we can meet immediate needs—whether it's accessing medical care, combating food insecurity, covering essential expenses like school fees and funeral costs, or responding to natural disasters. We're also investing in community projects that enhance infrastructure and improve living conditions, ensuring every effort contributes to a stronger community.
