What is the Peer Mentorship Curriculum (PMC)

The PMC is a program designed to build community and develop leadership skills and personal development in students through six one-hour sessions, each focusing on a key theme: Authenticity, Empathy, Growth Mindset, Resilience, Values, and Altruism. The program concludes with a compassion project.

Who can lead the PMC?

The PMC can be either teacher-led or student-led, allowing flexibility based on the needs and preferences of your classroom.

What are the key themes of the sessions?

What is the Compassion Project?

How much time is required to complete the PMC?

The PMC consists of six one-hour sessions, making a total of six hours of engagement. Additional time may be needed for preparation, training, and the Compassion Project, depending on the depth and scope of the project.
