Since 2008, LiveDifferent has been a proud partner of WestJet. WestJet provides the gift of flight to support our Canadian youth programs and international Builds program. Their commitment has helped make life-changing experiences possible for thousands of volunteers and the communities they serve.

In 2012, WestJet deepened this partnership with the launch of the WestJet LiveDifferent Build—their first international community investment initiative. To date, more than 600 WestJet Group employees have volunteered their time and effort to construct 61 homes for families living in extreme poverty.

Beyond home-building, WestJetters have continued to make a lasting impact through fundraising efforts and contributions to LiveDifferent’s Emergency Relief and Community Development Fund, helping to support critical projects in the communities where we work.

WestJet’s gift of flight has been instrumental in enabling LiveDifferent to reach youth across Canada through mental wellness programming and leadership development initiatives. Their support has also made it possible for Indigenous youth to participate in Builds, offering life-changing opportunities to engage in meaningful service, cultural exchange, and personal growth.

As the official airline partner of LiveDifferent, WestJet continues to support volunteers by offering discounted flights for those travelling to participate in LiveDifferent Builds.
