Introducing LiveDifferent Circles: Authors of Hope
LiveDifferent is excited to be launching our 2026–2027 Circles program, Authors of Hope. Starting today, schools from across Canada can book a visit from our youth mentor team to host our presentation and workshops during the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.
Resilience starts with the story we believe.
Authors of Hope is a powerful, story-driven assembly that invites students in grades 7-12 to explore narrative resilience and how the stories we tell ourselves shape our perspective, our challenges, and our future. Through interactive moments, real-life stories, and dynamic videos, students are encouraged to recognize that their story is still being written, and that hope, growth, and change are always possible.
In a culture that can leave young people feeling defined by pressure, failure, anxiety, or labels, Authors of Hope helps students examine the difference between stories that tear them down and stories that move them forward. Without ignoring pain or pretending everything is fine, this message challenges students to notice unhelpful narratives, reject toxic positivity, and begin shaping a more honest, hopeful, and resilient next chapter.

Students will also be challenged to see that their story does not exist in isolation. We are all part of one another’s stories, and the way we speak, show up, and care for others has the power to shape what comes next. Authors of Hope invites students to take ownership of their own story while learning how to bring hope, courage, and meaning into the stories of those around them.
