Our signature programs are designed for long-lasting impact on youth—so they can reach their full potential as kind, compassionate and resilient human beings.
Circles Program
We’re one of the largest motivational presenters in Canadian middle schools and high schools. Our positive youth development presentations—led by roads teams of youth (ages 18–30)—utilize storytelling and video to create an inspiring and mindset-shifting experience that is supplemented by classroom and at-home follow-up activities.
Youth reached
of youth reported being more inclined to listen or help a friend
of youth reported an increased understanding of empathy
of youth reported that they would be sharing learnings with friends and family
In 2017, we created two-day programming and launched a road team that was focused on serving Northern, remote, and Indigenous communities. In addition to our main motivational presentation, this unique program offers additional sessions and community events—and the response it has received from youth has been incredible.

of Indigenous youth said they had increased hope for the future
Of youth experienced increased cultural pride/connectedness
of educators believe the visit has had a long-term impact on their youth

Who we are and what we believe about ourselves can change. We empower youth with the mindset and values they need to be resilient and to put compassion and care at their centre.
Being surrounded by mentors and invited into positive relationships with like-minded people creates a sense of genuine understanding, belonging and friendship. And these connections can lead to incredible outcomes.
When you adopt a lifestyle that cares for others, it shows. Action makes change come alive, so we believe in providing outlets for people to use their creativity and commitment to caring for others—because the best things in life are worth sharing.
Builds Program
Our service trips – we call them Builds – to the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Thailand leave a lasting impact on the hearts of our volunteers and in our partner communities. We believe that, by combining healthy, sustainable development practices with meaningful volunteering, the world becomes a better place.

Compassion Projects
It’s an uphill climb out of poverty for a group of special kids in Haiti. Where they once lacked access to schooling, now they receive the education, nutrition, and guidance they need to thrive at École L’Union—and a community of monthly partners is helping to make it happen.
